Tonal Digital Solutions LLC ("Tonal", "we", "us") is a consulting firm registered in Wyoming, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through tonal-digital-solutions.com (the "Site"), how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact form. When you send a request we receive the details you enter: name, company, work email, phone (optional), industry, the type of help you need and your message. We also record the date, time and IP address of the submission to help prevent abuse.
  • Call booking. Discovery calls are scheduled through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Information you enter there is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and hold calls, prepare proposals you ask for, and keep the Site secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and communicate with you: our web hosting provider, our email provider, and Google (calendar scheduling and web fonts). Each acts on our instructions and under its own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Google Calendar scheduler and Google Fonts may set cookies or receive your IP address when those elements load.

Retention

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for our business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@tonal-data-analytics.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
